By placing an order with WHY27?, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Orders

• All WHY27? artwork is originally created by us and offered as physical art prints.
• Please review the selected size, product details, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
• Colors may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and paper.
• Minor variations in color or finish are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Printing, Shipping & Delivery

• Our prints are made to order and produced and shipped through carefully selected professional print partners.
• Production and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Please visit our Shipping Info page for current information.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
• WHY27? is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, local authorities, severe weather, holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Because our prints are produced specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective items.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@why27lab.com.
• Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and any damage or defect.
• Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

• All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, branding, and other original content displayed on WHY27? remain the intellectual property of WHY27? and/or their respective rights holders.
• Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
• Our artwork may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, modified for commercial purposes, or used commercially without prior written permission.
